Сборная ОАЭ приедет на Игры "Дети Азии"
Делегация Республики Саха (Якутия) во главе с Вице-президентом Дмитрием Глушко, в составе министра по федеративным отношениям и внешним связям Валерия Максимова, советника Вице-президента Ивана Рожина и заместителя руководителя Дирекции Игр «Дети Азии» Сергея Хатылыкова находится с рабочим визитом в г. Дубай Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов.
13 февраля делегация встретилась с генеральным секретарем Национального олимпийского комитета страны г-ном Мохаммадом Алькамали. Во встрече также приняли ответственные руководящие деятели Комитета, в том числе технические директора по развитию детско-юношеского и школьного спорта.
В ходе дружественной и теплой беседы Дмитрий Глушко провел краткую презентацию Игр и проинформировал о ходе подготовки к ним. Он особо подчеркнул, что Игры являются своеобразным подготовительным этапом к Юношеским Олимпийским играм и пользуются широкой поддержкой Олимпийского совета Азии.
Генеральный секретарь в свою очередь сообщил, что НОК Эмиратов готов представить национальную сборную страны для участия в предстоящих Играх. Кроме того он заявил, что государство всегда стремится к расширению сотрудничества в спорте между странами Азиатского континента, в том числе с Российской Федерацией, и полностью присоединяется к идее развития детского олимпийского движения.
Далее делегация направится в Кувейт в штаб-квартиру Олимпийского совета Азии для обсуждения технических и организационных моментов подготовки и проведения предстоящих и последующих Игр.
